User Information

The Parties have the right to determine the real transaction background and purpose of the Users who use the products or services of the Parties. Users must provide real, comprehensive, up-to-date and accurate information as required by the Parties. The Parties will not assume any responsibility for any losses caused by the situations due to Users’ failure in providing up-to-date information that results in the inability for the relevant Parties to reach out to its Users and give notice to the handling procedures. If the Parties have reasonable grounds to suspect that the User has provided false trading information, the Parties are entitled to restrict the User from the use of some or all the relevant Parties’ products, services and/or functions either temporarily or permanently.
