Trading Services

The Parties provide online digital asset trading services and a platform to spot trade digital assets or occasionally by others as “cryptocurrency”, “cryptographic tokens”, “digital tokens”, or “cryptographic currency” and facilitate margin lending in certain permitted jurisdictions. Except as otherwise provided in Section 1.8 or in other product-specific terms of services published on the Site, when you purchase or sell digital assets on Wolftrade Exchange, you are not buying or selling such digital assets from or to Wolftrade Exchange. Wolftrade Exchange’s role is to act as an exchange that facilitates the trading of digital assets by matching orders between you and other Wolftrade Exchange Users. Users must open an account and transfer digital assets or crypto prior to the commencement of trading. Users may request withdrawal of their digital asset or cryptocurrency, subject to the limitations as stated in the law where the Party is incorporated and the Terms.
