Service Availability

By using our Service, you acknowledge and consent that the Service is provided by the Parties according to their current technological capacity and other conditions. While the Parties have made every effort to ensure continuity and security of the Services, we are unable to completely foresee and eliminate legal, technological and other risks including but not limited to force majeure, virus, hacker attack, peak demand, volatility, heavy trading, systems upgrades or maintenance, system instability, a flaw in third-party services or for other reasons that may result in service interruption, data loss and other losses and risks. You agree and acknowledge the possibility of the discontinuity and disruption of the Service due to the above-mentioned situations, and Wolftrade Exchange will not be liable to you if you are unable to access your account or request a transaction through the Service.
